Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Area Business Manager. The Area Business Manager will oversee regional business operations, lead and mentor branch teams, and drive loan disbursements in alignment with company growth targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and continuously enhancing customer experiences. The role requires extensive market and competitor analysis, building strong client relationships, and achieving performance-based objectives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate branch teams.
  • Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
  • Expertise in formulating sales strategies and achieving performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and underwriting practices in financial services.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and process improvements.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to enhance business operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in the financial services sector, particularly in retail lending or small business financing.
