Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nadia for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee and manage daily operations, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely project delivery. They will lead and motivate a team, encourage a productive work environment, monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop strategies to meet business goals and KPIs. Collaboration with different departments to optimize workflow will also be a significant aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in performance monitoring and providing feedback
- Proficiency in project planning, task delegation, and achieving business objectives
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with team members and cross-functional departments
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively
- Adaptability to on-site work conditions and local team dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an advantage
