Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader, located in Jalpaiguri with some work from home flexibility. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and support BC agents, coordinate between various departments, and ensure the smooth execution of projects. This role involves onboarding, training, and real-time assistance for agents, monitoring performance, and delivering solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Team Leader will engage with local communities to promote financial literacy and digital inclusion initiatives.
