**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Promote and sell IT solutions, services, and products to potential customers in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages will be a plus).
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in international markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with international clients.
- Familiarity with IT services and solutions (such as software development, IT consulting, cloud computing, etc.) is a plus.
- Good understanding of CRM software and telecalling tools.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and confident with a positive attitude.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in sales or customer relationship management is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling or tele-sales within the IT or technology sector is a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
