**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, telecalling, and follow-up on leads.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective customers.
- **Telecalling/Cold Calling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s products/services.
- Handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers, providing information and resolving inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
- Record customer information, call details, and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- **Back Office Work**:

- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer requests.
- Generate sales reports and assist in data analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, telecalling/cold calling, and customer relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented approach.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Standard office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet targets and client needs.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus
