Talent Management & Development:
- Attract, identify, and select top talent in collaboration with the DHR.
- Drive succession planning and career management to ensure retention and skill optimization.
- Lead onboarding, orientation, and campus hiring efforts.
- Identify and execute L&D initiatives, especially for the shop floor, promoting a continuous learning culture.
Performance & Compensation:
- Implement the MAP process and individual payroll reviews.
- Support performance management by coaching managers and addressing performance gaps.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Lead structured engagement initiatives to boost employee morale and well-being.
- Address grievances empathetically and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with social partners to enhance workplace quality of life.
HR Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure legal and process compliance across all HR functions.
- Manage HR audits, expenses, system compliance, and monthly reporting.
- Drive safety (EHS) and HR initiatives in alignment with plant and corporate guidelines.
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business units, anticipating organizational needs.
- Provide HR insights using KPIs and annual reports.
- Promote Company's values, ethics, and diversity.
Team Management:
- Lead and develop the HR team, focusing on skill-building and knowledge-sharing.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative, influential, and compliance-driven.
