Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 2 years of proven success in the medical equipment/instruments industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealing with medical instruments/equipment, navigating government tenders, and demonstrating the ability to drive increased turnover and generate profits.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors. Analyze market data to develop strategic approaches for business growth.

Government Tender Management: Manage the entire process of government tenders, from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-up. Build strong relationships with government agencies and stakeholders to maximize tender success rate.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet their objectives.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.

Revenue Generation and Profit Maximization: Drive initiatives to increase turnover and profitability. Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and optimize product/service offerings to maximize revenue and margins.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of business objectives and seamless execution of strategies.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Compliance and Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards related to medical equipment. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations in all business activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the medical equipment industry.

Proven track record of success in managing government tenders and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of medical equipment and healthcare industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
