Designation : Trainer- Inside Sales

Location : Diamond District Domlur Bengaluru

Job Type : Mon-Sat (6 Days working)- Work from Office (WFO)

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in telesales training or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of telesales techniques, sales processes, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
  • Effective coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to individuals and teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with training software and elearning platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification Graduation & Masters is a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Training Telesales team.
  • Should have strong background of B2B sales training.
  • Should have strong people management skills.
  • Should be strongly process oriented with great relationship management skills.
  • Should know the local language and (English, Tamil, Telugu. Tamil , Kannada, & Hindi)
  • Should be self-driven and self-motivated.
