Role and Responsibilities: As the Quality Manager, you will oversee and ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance within our small-scale kitchen appliances manufacturing company. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality control procedures, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold regulatory compliance to deliver superior products to our customers. Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control Systems:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from raw materials to finished products.
  • Establish quality assurance standards, ensuring adherence to product specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Product Inspection and Testing:
  • Design and oversee product testing protocols, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to conduct quality inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials and components sourced from vendors, ensuring they meet required standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive quality improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement in manufacturing operations.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control processes, inspections, and compliance measures.
  • Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and supports quality audits.
  • Team Training and Development:
  • Train and educate production teams on quality control procedures and best practices to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
  • Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability across departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, preferably in the kitchen appliances / consumer product industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, statistical tools, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in implementing and managing ISO or similar quality management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
