You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various labour laws such as Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (PF), Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (ESI), Gratuity Act, 1972, and other relevant statutes. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of challans for various labour laws like POSH. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of employee data and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in statutory compliance. Additionally, providing guidance on labour law matters to employees and resolving any queries or issues related to employment will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity Act, and other statutes - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submission of challans - Maintain accurate records of employee data and conduct regular audits - Provide guidance on labour law matters to employees and resolve queries or issues Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance - Experience in handling statutory compliance matters - Strong communication and problem-solving skills The company follows a day shift schedule and provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement.
