Job Description Job Title: HR Compliance & Trainer Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Reporting Office) Initial training in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Department: Human Resources Experience Required: 1 to 2.5 Years CTC: 3,00,000 4,50,000 per annum Reporting To: HR Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance & Trainer to support the Human Resources department in ensuring company-wide compliance with labor laws and HR policies, while also designing and delivering effective training programs. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual capable of managing compliance documentation and audits, while also engaging employees through training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Compliance: - Ensure adherence to all statutory labor laws and HR-related legal requirements. - Maintain updated records of employee files, HR documentation, and compliance reports. - Coordinate with external auditors and legal teams for HR audits and inspections. - Monitor HR processes to ensure they are aligned with internal policies and government regulations. - Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational objectives. Training: - Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees. - Assist in developing and delivering training modules across departments (soft skills, compliance, policy awareness, etc.). - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. - Maintain records of employee participation and training outcomes. - Coordinate with department heads for training needs identification and scheduling. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 12.5 years of experience in HR compliance and/or training roles. - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work Location Details: Training Period: Lower Parel, Mumbai Reporting Office: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (travel or relocation may be required) Compensation: - 3,00,000 4,50,000 per annum (based on experience and interview performance)
