Job Title: App Marketing Manager (ASO & Growth Specialist)

Experience: 4–5 years in App Marketing / ASO

Responsibilities:

  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO): keyword strategy, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and reviews.
  • Plan and execute app launch strategy (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch).
  • Drive organic and paid user acquisition campaigns across Google UAC, Meta Ads, and other channels.
  • Manage app marketing creatives (videos, screenshots, ads).
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve user onboarding & retention.
  • Work with analytics tools (Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust) to track performance and ROI.
  • Optimize app monetization through in-app promotions, offers, and user re-engagement.
  • Monitor app rankings, reviews, and ratings; execute strategies to improve them.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging app marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in ASO and mobile app marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Play Console & Apple App Store Connect.
  • Hands-on experience with paid campaigns for app installs.
  • Familiarity with app analytics & attribution platforms.
  • Creative mindset for user acquisition & engagement campaigns.
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹55,000.00 per month
