Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager – Client Relations
Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
We are looking for Assistant Manager – Client Relations (MBA Fresher to 2 years' experience) to manage our existing hotel clients, develop new business opportunities, and handle our service team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, well-presented professional who enjoys building client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
 Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
 Ensure timely service support and client satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
 Conduct client visits, collect feedback, and provide scenting recommendations.
Business Development
 Identify and reach out to potential hotels, resorts, and commercial clients.
 Present Air Roma's fragrance solutions and close new business deals.
 Achieve monthly business targets and generate new client leads.
Team & Operations Handling
 Coordinate with service associates to ensure prompt client servicing.
 Plan service schedules and ensure smooth on-site operations.
 Maintain reports of client visits, sales activity, and service performance.
Requirements:
 MBA in Marketing / Sales.
 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Sales, or Business Development.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Presentable, confident, and comfortable with client meetings.
 Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets.
 Willing to travel to client locations within the Jaipur region and other cities in Rajasthan.
 Must have valid driving license and own vehicle (scooty/bike/car) for local travel.
