The Role: Client Servicing Manager
This is a critical, client-facing role based in Jaipur. You will be the primary link between our clients and our innovative event technology solutions, managing the complete relationship lifecycle from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Manage end-to-end client relationships by deeply understanding client needs and translating them into actionable event strategies related to Exhibitions, Conferences, and other large-scale events.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central hub, coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams including technical, production, and creative to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all event solutions.
- Event Execution Oversight: Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects align precisely with client expectations and industry standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing queries, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Performance & Improvement: Monitor event progress, gather comprehensive client feedback, and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and technology offerings.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive reports and meticulous documentation on client interactions, project status, and event outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have (Required Experience: 3-5 Years)
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in client servicing and account management within the event technology, Exhibitions, Conferences, or a closely related industry.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a demonstrable knack for building long-lasting, trust-based client relationships.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate effectively with diverse internal and external teams under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in planning and executing events or large-scale projects, with a functional understanding of event tech software and solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills coupled with an analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with client feedback systems and performance metrics to effectively drive service improvements.
