Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

We are looking for Assistant Manager – Client Relations (MBA Fresher to 2 years' experience) to manage our existing hotel clients, develop new business opportunities, and handle our service team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, well-presented professional who enjoys building client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:-

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely service support and client satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct client visits, collect feedback, and provide scenting recommendations.

Business Development:-

  • Identify and reach out to potential hotels, resorts, and commercial clients.
  • Present Air Roma's fragrance solutions and close new business deals.
  • Achieve monthly business targets and generate new client leads.

Team & Operations Handling:-

  • Coordinate with service associates to ensure prompt client servicing.
  • Plan service schedules and ensure smooth on-site operations.
  • Maintain reports of client visits, sales activity, and service performance.

Education and Required Skills:-

  • MBA in Marketing / Sales.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable with client meetings.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets.
  • Willing to travel to client locations within the Jaipur region and other cities in Rajasthan.
  • Must have valid driving license and own vehicle (scooty/bike/car) for local travel.
  • Candidate should belongs from JAIPUR

Compensation & Benefits:-

  • Salary: ₹25,000 per month
