POSITION SUMMARY

A Female Tele Caller who can communicate with the customers over the phone to clarify their doubts regarding products and services, and to respond to general inquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specification
  • Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
  • Following up with existing clients to collect their feedback and suggestions

PREREQUISITES

  • Only Female Required.
  • Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
  • Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Hard-working individual.
  • Good time management abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

EDUCATION

  • Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
  • His/her behavior and personal appearance will always be geared to the objective of being an example to all other staff within the salon.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years of experience in the sales department.
