Job Description – Tele Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Edu Plan Study Abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, explaining study abroad opportunities, and scheduling counseling sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about study abroad programs.
  • Explain university options, course details, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.
  • Generate leads, follow up regularly, and maintain a strong pipeline of interested candidates.
  • Schedule appointments for student counseling sessions.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems.
  • Build positive relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
  • Ability to engage confidently over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of study abroad processes (training will be provided).
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus.
