About the Role:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. The role involves handling inquiries and following up with students or candidates interested in abroad education and career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Explain services clearly to interested candidates.
  • Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
  • Support the team with basic documentation work.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
