We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join SGOC Global, a leading company in the retail industry. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
