Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer Sales Associate to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Designer Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their design requirements, and providing them with innovative and personalized interior design solutions. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in design software and tools
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving design requirements and project timelines
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competition

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their design preferences and requirements
  • Provide clients with innovative and personalized interior design solutions
  • Present and explain design concepts to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Prepare accurate project proposals and budgets, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling and visually appealing design presentations
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of design projects
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, products, and technologies
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
