Job Title: Export Documentation Executive
Location: Pirana, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1-3 Years
Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to manage and coordinate all pre- and post-shipment activities. The role involves preparation and handling of import/export documents in compliance with country-specific laws and regulations. The candidate will work closely with internal departments, CHAs, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all documentation related to pre- and post-shipment processes
- Create, compile, and submit import/export documents as per destination country requirements
- Maintain organized records of all import/export files
- Coordinate with the production department to align export activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant import/export laws and regulations
- Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) and government bodies for clearances and documentation
Qualifications:
- BBA / BCom / BA
- Diploma or Degree in Export/International Trade
- Working knowledge of English
- Familiarity with export/import procedures and documentation
