**Job Title: Import Export Executive (Documentation)**

OMICRON LIFE SCIENCE LLP is hiring for the position of Import Export Executive.

Experience Level: 2-3 years

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Documentation Management**:
Handle the end-to-end documentation process for import and export activities.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Maintain organized records of all import and export documentation.

**Regulatory Compliance**:
Stay updated on import-export laws and regulations.

Ensure adherence to customs, trade, and shipping regulations.

**Coordination**:
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth import-export operations.

Communicate effectively with customs authorities, shipping companies, and other relevant parties.

**Invoice Generation**:
Demonstrate proficiency in generating invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Verify and cross-check invoices against shipment details.

**Problem Resolution**:
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to documentation.

Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential problems in the import-export process.

**Requirements**:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, commerce, International Trade, or a related field.

**Experience**:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in import-export documentation.

Previous experience in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries is preferred.

**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of import-export regulations and documentation requirements.
Proficient in invoice generation and verification.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Software Proficiency**:
Familiarity with relevant software and tools for documentation and invoicing.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
