**Job Title**: Import/Export Executive
**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, On-Site
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Import/Export Executive** to oversee all aspects of import and export procedures, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations for international trade activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end import and export processes, including customs clearance and logistics coordination.
- Prepare and verify all required shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including costs, timelines, and documentation.
- Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, customs clearance, or other procedural challenges.
- Handle payment terms such as Letters of Credit and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Stay updated with changes in trade policies, tariffs, and international regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2+ years of experience** in import/export operations or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, shipping terms (e.g., INCOTERMS), and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems for data management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related fields is preferred.
