As a Working Partner – Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving brand visibility across target markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, engineering, and corporate sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and industrial networking) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with management on partnership models, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline growth, and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (industrial, engineering, or B2B preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and industrial networks is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
