Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated
Junior Business Development Executive
to assist in expanding our business and customer base. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies to attract new clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and attending industry events
- Maintain and update client databases and sales reports
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients
- Support the senior business development team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively communicate offerings to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
