Sales Counselor Hair Transplant & Aesthetic Services

Job Summary:

Derma Circles, a premium aesthetics and dermatology clinic, is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Sales Counselor to join our team. This role blends relationship management with revenue generation, ensuring that patients not only achieve the best treatment outcomes but also stay engaged with our long-term wellness programs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and preferably prior exposure to healthcare or aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular follow-up calls with patients to monitor recovery, ensure satisfaction, and actively cross-sell complementary services while upselling premium treatment options.

  • Upsell premium services (advanced serums, boosters, etc.) and cross-sell complementary treatments (laser, skincare packages).

  • Remind and schedule follow-up appointments as per individual treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update interactions in the clinics CRM system.
  • Promote maintenance plans and memberships to encourage long-term loyalty and sustained results.
  • Collaborate with doctors and therapists to personalize treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Collect and document patient feedback to support continuous quality improvement.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with operations for smooth service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Location: Delhi-based candidates only (South Delhi residents preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, empathize, and engage patients while driving sales.
  • Basic knowledge of cosmetic dermatology, hair restoration, and skincare (training provided).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets for patient tracking and reporting.
  • Professional grooming and confident presentation skills.
