Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager-SMT PROCESS ( Production Planning and Control) will be responsible for the SMT Machine Programming using customer provided data(BOM, Gerber or Pick and place data). He will also be responsible for SMT Production planning, Team build, manpower allotment, achieving SMT assembly line targets.

  1. SMT Process engineer must be capable of Making cad data, from customer given data, to make program of pick and place, SPI and AOI.

  2. Reflow profile development will be another responsibility.

  3. Person should be capable to make Routing machine programs.

  4. He should be able to make program for Yamaha pick and place, offline using cad data/Customer provided data.

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates preferred with 10-15 years of experience in SMT Process Engineering, Production, Planning and Control especially in an ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES company.

Preference to Diploma in Electronics Engineering and Graduate Electronic Engineers or MSc Electronics .

Mechanical Engineers with 100% experience in electronics manufacturing in SMT may also be considered.

Candidates from auto ancillaries are preferred.

Deep Knowledge of IPC 610, ISO documentation, soldering expert / specialist is an added advantage.

Fluency in English is definitely an advantage.
