Job Description:
NetIQ IDM Responsibilities:
Design and implement identity provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
Develop and maintain IDM drivers for systems like AD, LDAP, SAP,HCM,RACF.
Configure roles, entitlements, and policies.
Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot IDM-related issues and document configurations.
Saviynt Responsibilities:
Design and implement IAM solutions using Saviynt.
Develop and maintain connectors for systems like AD, LDAP, SAP,HCM,RACF.
Monitor and maintain Saviynt systems for optimal performance.
Develop and enforce security policies and access controls.
Conduct system audits to ensure compliance.
Integrate Saviynt with enterprise technologies and automate IAM processes
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years in IAM, with hands-on experience in NetIQ IDM and Saviynt.
Handle JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes, aggregation tasks, and access requests.
Track failures in aggregation tasks and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct periodic clean-up of orphan and unused accounts.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and directory services.
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, XML, XSLT).
Familiarity with security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Experience with system integration and automation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
