Identity Access & Management Expert - L3 (B3-2). Overview L3 Engineer - CSRC Identity & Access Management Primary Skills: Identity Access Management, Single Sign On, Multifactor Authentication, IDM Drivers, directory services, security protocols, scripting, workflows, user authentication & authorization. The leading security organization, Tata Communications Limited, has an immediate job opportunity for CSRC Identity & Access Management Security Engineer and the position is required for one of its important customers. The role defines the ability to IAM based customers with L3 support and management of NetIQ solutions like Identity Manager, Access Manager & Advanced authentication. This includes troubleshooting of security incidents to controls the impact of services and service requests from the customers in shift-based operations. The roles need ability to work independently while handling multiple client incidents, projects, Service Improvement Plans, Hygiene projects. Major Responsibilities: End to End solution management for ARCON, Beyond Trust, NetIQ Identity Manager, NET IQ Access Manager & NET IQ Advanced authentication production which includes the below areas. Implement project/change and troubleshoot incidents. Good knowledge on SSO, IDAM & PAM components and Adherence to ITIL service management framework User, Service & Group Management (Creation, Modification & Deletion), Service/User Mapping & Assignment Integrating & management of application with IDAM Solutions with various IDAM drivers like industry standard practices like REST, OAuth & SAML etc. Periodic health checking process including troubleshooting Incidents whenever required. Performing periodic DR Drill for various IAM Components for Infra Platforms. Performing periodic Version Upgrades in-house. Enable appropriate configuration like SMTP & Dormancy etc. Co-ordinating with the OEM for the bug fixes & new enhancements as per customer requirement and deploying the changes in APP & DB Prepare SOPs for basic tasks as per customer environments Prepare Monthly/Weekly reports & updates for Monthly/Weekly calls hence to be proficient on excel, PowerPoint & Word. Deploying and Testing new Patches on the UAT environment for new version & bug fixes. Validate various baseline & Hygiene initiatives so that the IAM environment is at a high standard and free from incidents Assists with the development and documentation of an overall IT Security architecture to assure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company IT assets. Performs or assists with IT security assessments or audits of internal and external networks and systems under the direction of the IT Security management. Document findings in written reports with recommendations for remediation. Identifying and mitigating the risks in the IT environment that we manage. Providing inputs to the continual service improvements and driving the Service improvement plans and the Hygiene Projects. Provide on-call support as per rotation for emergency situations. Experience/Skill/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related IT field Should have 5+ years experience on any of the ARCON & NETIQ IAM solutions and 9+ Years Overall experience with IT or IT Security Domain. Expertise in developing IDM Drivers like OpenID, OAuth, REST, JDBC, Bi-Directional, Multi Domain AD Driver, Identity Provider, Scripting, Azure Driver, SOAP, Delimited Text, Loopback, Null Driver, Work Order, AD, etc. Well versed in Roles, Resources, Entitlements and Workflows in IDM User Application. Hands-on experience in Installing, Upgrading edirectory, IDM Engine, iManager, Identity Console, User Application etc. Certification is NETIQ IAM solutions like (Identity manager & Access manager) is mandatory for L3 engineers. Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.) Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD etc.) In-depth knowledge of security protocols (SSH, TLS, etc.) Proficient in scripting language like (Python & Java) Expert or Professional certification in IT security systems administration is an added advantage. Able to communicate with technical staff/management. Effective people management skills Ability to adapt and follow the processes and guidelines Possess an impeccable work ethic and a high degree of integrity Strong problem solving and situation handling skills.
