**The Opportunity**:
**Your Impact**:

- Work with the team members, in the support of NetIQ IDM, eDirectory and HR System
- Gather business requirements, creation and maintenance of NetIQ IDM workflows and Driver policies
- Provide day-to-day system administration support to assigned systems.
- Manage, develop (as needed), test and implement new deployments of systems.
- Provide on-call support for the systems administration group according to the on-call schedule.

**What the role offers**:
Conversant with NetIQ IDM solutions and comfortable to work on the following:

- Creation and maintenance of NetIQ IDM workflows and Driver policies, based on business requirement
- Hands on Experience with LDAP, NetIQ Designer, iManager, iMonitor and UserApp
- eDirectory Schema creation, modification and extension
- Familiarity with scripting (i.e. shell, perl, etc.), SQL and Java Script
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working with different teams across the separate geographies
- Education and Experience Required: Typically, a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
