Job Title: System and Cloud Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced System and Cloud Administrator to join our IT team. The System and Cloud Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our company’s computer systems and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions to support the company’s business needs, manage cloud billing for the company and end customers
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure system security and data integrity
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans
- Manage user accounts and access privileges
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in system administration and cloud technologies and make recommendations for system improvements
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Provide technical support to end-users as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or Cloud Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Familiarity with network protocols and security measures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
