About the Role:

seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead and oversee enterprise infrastructure delivery for a key Managed IT Services engagement. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of technical leadership, with hands-on delivery experience across Windows Server Support, Linux Infrastructure, Cloud & Automation, and End-User Computing (EUC).

The role demands a strategic leader with proven success in delivering 4 or more complex IT infrastructure managed service projects spanning server upgrades, cloud integration, automation, and hybrid infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Delivery & Leadership:

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure managed services projects focused on Windows and Linux systems, virtualization, cloud integration, and automation.

Manage cross-functional technical teams, provide mentorship, ensure project documentation, and establish training programs.

Own delivery compliance with quality standards, security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2), and service SLAs.

Implement KPIs to track performance, drive incident resolution, and optimize service desk operations.

Technical Skills:

Windows Server Infrastructure

Oversee the administration and optimization of Windows Server environments: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, and related services.

Lead server upgrade and migration initiatives, including Windows 11 rollouts, domain controller optimizations, and legacy server decommissioning.

Manage virtual desktop infrastructures (VDI) such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VMware Horizon, and Hyper-V.

Linux Infrastructure Delivery

Architect and deliver Linux server infrastructures (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) including cloud-integrated deployments.

Lead provisioning, patching, migration, and performance tuning across on-premises and AWS-based environments.

Manage integration with NetApp storage solutions and ensure system uptime for critical Linux workloads.

Cloud & Automation

Design and manage hybrid/multi-cloud architectures using AWS and Azure.

Automate infrastructure with Ansible, PowerShell, and IaC practices.

Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

Continuously evaluate and optimize server management, monitoring, and inventory automation.

End-User Computing (EUC) & Service Experience

Own the end-user computing strategy ensuring stable and secure desktop environments.

Drive user satisfaction by improving support quality, issue response SLAs, and help desk effectiveness.

Establish analytics-based tracking of performance, user feedback, and escalation patterns.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Backup & Disaster Recovery, Rubrik, Pure Storage, SAN/NAS technologies.

Exposure to network operations support.

Familiarity with ServiceNow, ManageEngine, and other ITSM tools.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record in delivering 4+ IT Infrastructure Services projects across enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Infrastructure Automation.

Sound exposure to compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

ITIL certification, and/or certifications in Windows Server, Red Hat, AWS, Azure are preferred.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

AWS Certified SysOps Administrator

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

ITIL Foundation, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
