Position Overview:Adobe is looking for a vibrant Sales Manager for Professional Services to spearhead sales activities for our Strategic Accounts centered on our Digital Experience Cloud in Mumbai. This position plays a crucial role in promoting the use of Adobes solutions by assisting clients in recognizing the benefits of customized service engagements. Your tasks will include generating leads, meeting revenue goals, and nurturing solid client connections while working closely with colleagues internally to provide innovative digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership:- Achieve Professional Services sales targets by surpassing quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
- Develop and implement account-specific services strategies to drive adoption and improve customer success.
- Serve as a reliable consultant to C-suite and senior executives, comprehending business challenges and aligning Adobes solutions to achieve strategic goals.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Partner with the License Sales team to drive alignment between software and services opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to ensure smooth project prioritization, planning, and execution.
- Grasp and convey Adobes Digital Experience Cloud offerings, customizing service solutions to fit customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify business obstacles and outline project boundaries.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends to expand Adobes presence in Strategic Accounts.
- Provide feedback to Product and Delivery teams to improve offerings and drive market relevance.
- 8 years of background in Professional Services Sales, Business Consulting, or Enterprise Software Sales, ideally within Customer Experience Management (CXM), Digital Marketing, or Cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proficient in persuasive sales techniques with the capability to clearly communicate and present service offerings based on value.
- Excellent collaboration management, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in understanding technical concepts and aligning them with business outcomes.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, adept at managing ambiguity, and passionate about achieving goals.
- Cooperative method enabling collaboration across teams.
