Join us at Indobevs and let's raise a glass to the new age of liquor Cheers About the RoleThe Scheme and Discount Trend Analyst plays a crucial role in analysing and optimizing promotional schemes, discounts, and pricing strategies for our liquor products.

This role requires a blend of analytical skills, market knowledge, and a keen understanding of consumer behaviour to drive sales while maximizing profitability. ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the effectiveness of current promotional schemes and recommend improvements. Analyse historical data to identify trends and insights that can inform future scheme development.

Monitor discount levels across various channels and products. Analyse the impact of discounts on sales volume, revenue, and profitability.Recommend discount strategies to attract customers without compromising on profitability. Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities.

Identify opportunities and threats in the market that could affect our pricing and discount strategies. Develop sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotional activities. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with business objectives.

Create regular reports detailing scheme and discount performance metrics. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of pricing and promotional strategies.

Provide insights and recommendations to support cross-functional initiatives. QualificationsEducation: Either CA/MBA/BCOMExperience: 2 to 3 yearsProven experience in data analysis, preferably in the liquor or FMCG/Manufacturing. Extensively worked in preparation of MIS/Dashboards and data analysis tools/software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
