  6. Credit Notes preparation & sharing to concerned users.

  7. CRM Tickets analysis, working & closure.

  8. Weekly reporting of Customer wise Outstanding balances as per due date.

  9. Customers balance reconciliation

  10. Commission payment to Overseas Staff- Working, Booking, Payment & provisioning.

  11. Employee Expenses- Booking & reimbursements.

  12. Export collection provisioning

  13. Freight trend analysis & details sharing to sales team.

Monthly MIS for Export Expenses- Region wise.
