Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their requirements.
  • Explain vehicle models, features, pricing, and finance options to customers.
  • Guide customers through test drives and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, insurance, finance, and accessories.
  • Maintain follow-up with potential leads through calls, messages, and showroom visits.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for vehicle delivery formalities.
  • Ensure proper documentation during sales and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor models, and market trends.
  • Support in promotional events, campaigns, and showroom activities.

Requirements:
