Job Title: Academic Advisor – Digital Marketing Programs

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and goal-driven Academic Advisors with experience in telesales, academic counseling, or inside sales. In this role, you will connect with prospective students and guide them in choosing the most suitable Digital Marketing courses aligned with their career goals. Your key responsibility will be to drive enrollments through effective engagement, personalized guidance, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized academic counseling sessions with potential students via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Understand each student's career objectives and recommend relevant Digital Marketing programs such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment details in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing to provide up-to-date advice.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, inside sales, academic counseling, or a related domain.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and help students make informed enrollment decisions.
  • Target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales/enrollment goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
