Job Title: Academic Advisor – Digital Marketing Programs

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Academic Advisors with experience in telesales, academic counseling, or inside sales. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right Digital Marketing courses that align with their goals. Your primary objective will be to achieve enrollment targets through effective communication, personalized guidance, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one academic counseling sessions with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Understand individual career goals and recommend suitable Digital Marketing programs such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leads through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions and enrollment details in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in Digital Marketing to provide relevant and current advice.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, inside sales, academic counseling, or related fields.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong objection-handling abilities and a passion for guiding students toward the right learning choices.
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales or enrollment targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
