Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Academic Advisor to guide prospective students in selecting the right academic programs and support them throughout the admission process. The role involves student counseling, handling inquiries, consistent follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment goals.

A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their academic goals and interests
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by explaining program details, benefits, and enrollment procedures
  • Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
  • Engage with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and virtual sessions
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth conversions
  • Update and record all student interactions and progress accurately in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, sales, or similar roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively
  • Strong follow-up discipline and a target-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to build strong rapport with students and parents
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in EdTech or training institutes is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
