Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Sales professional located in Noida. The Telecaller will engage in outbound calls, follow up on leads, provide detailed information about properties, and address customer inquiries efficiently. The role involves building and maintaining rapport with potential clients, scheduling site visits, and assisting in closing property deals. The Telecaller Sales professional will play a significant role in achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and negotiation, to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet individual targets within deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools to update and manage client data accurately.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
