**Job description**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote Aramex's products and services

2. Generate new sales leads/opportunities and secure appointments from the sales leads provided

through business calls

3. Provide customer service on escalation and Coordinate with CS desk

4. Achieve daily and monthly call, opportunities uncovered, meetings secured targets

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on CRM

6. Stay up-to-date with Aramex's products and services and communicate any changes or updates

to customers

**Experience**:
1. Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to persuade and influence customers

4. Strong customer service skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6. Basic computer skills

**Daily key measures**:
1. Outbound Calls/day - 70 calls

2. Opportunities/Appointments/day - 8

3. Opportunity/ Appointments size - to be assessed by market

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
