We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote various programs offered by the academy

Engage with leads to understand their needs and provide information about the academy’s offerings, benefits, and career opportunities.

Answer queries related to course structure, fees, enrollment process, and career prospects.

Schedule appointments for counseling sessions, webinars, or campus visits.

Maintain and update a detailed database of prospective students and track communication progress.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion and enrollment.

Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to develop and execute strategies to increase enrollment rates.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure prospective students have a positive experience with the academy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
