Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

MMT Acoustix, a leading provider of acoustic solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Tele Marketing and Sales Executive. As a Tele Marketing and Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers through effective communication and sales techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and present our products and services.
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and customer details.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in tele marketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
