So, whats the gig?
As a Consultant in the people practice, you will be at the forefront of helping some of the most
ambitious founders in the ecosystem build high-performing organizations. This isn't a
traditional HR role; it's about architecting the fundamental "people operating system" that
enables a company to scale successfully.
You will work directly with founding teams to diagnose organizational challenges and design
bespoke solutions that align their people, strategy, and culture. You will be a trusted advisor
and a hands-on partner, helping leaders navigate the complex people-challenges that come
with rapid growth.
What could a "week in the life" look like?
You'll be toggling between high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done. No
two days are the same, but your work will likely involve:
Organizational Design: Partnering with founders to design and evolve their org structure
in line with the 2-3 year strategy; dening roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines that
support speed and clarity.
Leadership Team Effectiveness: Facilitating workshops and interventions to align senior
leadership teams, clarify their operating rhythm, and enhance their collective
effectiveness.
Building the "People OS": Designing core systems from scratch. Think performance
management that people don't hate, comp philosophies that are actually fair, and career
paths that aren't just "manager" or "out."
Making Design a Reality: Moving beyond advisory. You will roll up your sleeves, create
roadmaps, and work alongside the founding team and leaders to execute and implement
these new systems, ensuring they drive tangible results.
Problem Diagnosis: Conducting deep-dive analyses, stakeholder interviews, and
workshops to accurately diagnose organizational bottlenecks and cultural challenges.

What we're looking for (Is this you?)
We're seeking for a person equally excited by "spreadsheets-and-feelings". Heres what the
components could look like
Structured Thinking & Problem Solving: You can take a messy, tangled "people problem"
and Marie Kondo it into a clear, logical, step-by-step plan. You love a good hypothesis and
know your way around a 2x2 matrix.
Communication That Clicks: You can write an email a CEO will actually read. You can
explain complex ideas without making people's eyes glaze over.
The "Founder Mindset": You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, you own
it, you x it. You're resourceful, curious, and allergic to "that's not my job."
Empathy & High EQ: You understand that org design is about people. You can listen
actively, understand different perspectives, and build consensus.
The "Paper" Qualications (The boring but necessary bit):
An MBA from a place that taught you how to think (not a necessary condition, but helps)
2-3 years of overall work experience
You've either been in the management consulting trenches OR you've survived the
glorious chaos of a high-growth startup
