Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager Customer role based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager Customer will oversee customer satisfaction and support, manage customer service operations, and address client needs and concerns. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, improving service processes, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
- Proficiency in Customer Support and an understanding of customer needs
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a professional environment
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
