Hair & Beauty Show – HBS Show

Launched by StyleSpeak in 2016, HBS - Hair & Beauty Show India is now in its 4th edition. The two-day exciting, creative event brings the entire beauty industry on a common platform. The 2019 show was attended by approximately 12,000 professional visitors from across India. It's carefully curated Educational Programmes, inspiring Live Shows, Competitions and HBS AWARDS attract top industry visitors from India.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage and grow multiple social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.)
  • Ideate, write, and schedule engaging captions and posts tailored to each platform
  • Develop creative concepts for organic posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with designers and agencies to bring ideas to life

Website & SEO

  • Upload and manage content on WordPress
  • Optimize webpages using SEO best practices (meta titles, long-tail keywords, etc.)
  • Track and improve site performance using Google Analytics and related tools

Campaigns & Collateral

  • Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, emailers, brochures, whitepapers, and product pages
  • Drive lead generation and subscriber growth through targeted messaging
  • Edit and refine content from internal teams and leadership

Blog & Outreach

  • Manage and promote our blog across platforms
  • Pitch articles to relevant third-party sites and secure backlinks
  • Identify opportunities for guest posting and content partnerships

Strategy & Reporting

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display ads
  • Measure and report performance metrics; adjust strategies based on insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, media, or lifestyle sectors
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media scheduling platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written communication and editing abilities
  • Ability to manage agencies and vendors effectively
  • Creative thinker with a pulse on industry trends and audience behavior
