to make salon-quality nails accessible, glamorous, and effortless. As a growing startup with a

bold aesthetic and strong community focus, we're seeking passionate, creative minds to help us

expand our digital presence and build a standout beauty brand.

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team in

Mumbai. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to building a brand that provides a fresh and

luxurious experience to the press-on-nail market in India, allowing customers to get

salon-quality nails in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns through Meta and

Google Ads, as well as organic SEO

Social Media Management: Assist in managing our Instagram account, including

content creation and engaging with our audience.

Influencer Outreach: Identify and contact beauty influencers for collaborations, product

reviews, and partnerships.

Content Creation: Create visually appealing and social media content that reflects

Floss Beauty's brand voice and aesthetic

Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to

increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Trend Analysis: Stay on top of global beauty trends and integrate them into our

marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty/fashion/lifestyle

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and social media scheduling

tools.

Passionate about beauty and fashion, with a keen eye for the latest trends.

Excellent written communication skills and visual taste (design skills are a bonus).

A high degree of professionalism, time management, and accountability.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and an eye for detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Strong understanding of beauty consumer behavior and aesthetic storytelling.
