What You'll Do (Your Beauty Playground):
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Trendspotting & Research: Stay ahead of beauty and social media trends, audience preferences, and benchmark insights. Content Creation: Generate, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content daily—whether it's text, photos, Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, or viral challenges SEO & Web Traffic: Monitor SEO, hashtags, and web traffic metrics to boost reach and visibility. Collaboration & Community: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service to maintain brand consistency. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a loyal beauty community. Brand Aesthetic: Oversee social media account designs (e.g., Instagram Grid, Facebook covers, LinkedIn banners, blog layouts). Campaigns & Competitions: Suggest and implement exciting campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to develop brand awareness. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance, providing monthly and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations. Influencer & UGC Management: Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers, ambassadors, and content creators for brand collaborations.Tech & Tools: Stay updated with the latest tools, apps, and trends in content creation, design, and audience engagement.
What You Bring (Your Beauty Kit):
Proven experience in social media management (3-5 years), preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion. Master of Social Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Content Genius: Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills. Trend-Obsessed: Deep understanding of viral trends, beauty industry movements, and audience engagement. Analytical Mindset: Ability to track KPIs, measure ROI, and refine strategies based on insights. Canva & Video Editing Skills: Basic design and video editing capabilities to create stunning, scroll-stopping content. Proactive & Creative: Self-motivated, full of fresh ideas, and always ready to innovate. Collaboration Guru: Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain a unified brand voice.
