Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Goregaon, is for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing and executing social media strategies, and conducting digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include crafting visually engaging posts, monitoring engagement metrics, interacting with followers, analyzing social media data, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Collaboration with other team members is essential to support broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing techniques
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and data interpretation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and platform updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines
