The Role

We are looking for a visionary
Art Director
to lead our visual strategy. You will translate marketing goals into compelling visual experiences, serving as the final authority on aesthetic execution across all media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership:
    Establish and maintain visual style for brands, ads, and packaging.
  • Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and collaborate with designers and clients.
  • Conceptualisation:
    Turn abstract ideas into cohesive visual stories.
  • Project Oversight:
    Manage timelines, budgets, and production quality.

Technical Skills

  • Expert Proficiency:
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Design Fundamentals:
    Mastery of typography, colour theory, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Bonus Skills:
    Sketch, After Effects (Motion Graphics), Figma and Video Editing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and team handling.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital projects and execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
